Returns Policy

30-Day Return Right

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging where possible. Bikes that have been ridden (beyond a brief test) may be subject to a deduction for diminished value.

How to Return

Contact hello@volttrack.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions within one business day.

• Faulty/misdescribed items: collected at no cost to you.
• Change-of-mind returns: return freight costs may apply for large items.

Warranty

All bikes come with a manufacturer warranty (minimum 1 year; 2 years for Stark Varg). Warranty excludes crash damage, wear items (tires, brake pads, chains), and damage from improper use or modification.

Refund Timeframes

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, to the original payment method.
