All VoltTrack orders ship free to the contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories may incur a freight surcharge — we'll contact you before processing if this applies.

Delivery Timeframes

In-stock bikes are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS when your order ships. High-demand models (e.g., Stark Varg) may have 2–4 week lead times — we'll confirm at order time.

How Bikes Are Delivered

Bikes ship via specialist two-wheel freight courier, arriving approximately 80% assembled. Final assembly takes 20–30 minutes with basic hand tools. A setup guide is included.

Signature Required

All bike deliveries require a signature. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

Lithium Battery Shipping

Electric dirt bikes contain lithium-ion batteries subject to US DOT shipping regulations. All batteries ship in compliance with applicable rules. A hazardous materials handling fee may apply for certain large battery packs — disclosed at checkout.

Damage in Transit

All bikes are insured during transit. If your bike arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us within 24 hours at hello@volttrack.com.
