Contract of Sale
By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over and accept these terms. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel orders in the event of a pricing error or stock unavailability.
Product Descriptions & Pricing
We strive for accurate descriptions and specs (provided by manufacturers, subject to change). All prices are USD and may change due to import tariff conditions — the price at order confirmation is what you pay. Images are illustrative.
Off-Road Use Disclaimer
Most vehicles sold by VoltTrack are for off-road, private land use only and are not street legal without appropriate federal/state certification, registration, insurance and licenses. California: under Section 436.1 (Nov 2025), electric dirt bikes are off-highway motorcycles requiring green sticker OHV registration. It is the customer's sole responsibility to comply with all applicable laws. VoltTrack accepts no liability for unlawful or unsafe use.
Tariff Notice
Many products are subject to US import tariffs that may change. Prices are estimates and may change; we'll notify you of material changes before processing.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by US law. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
