Is it worth upgrading from the Light Bee X to Ultra Bee HP?
Yes, for most adult riders. You get 21 kW vs 8 kW, traction control, swappable battery, reverse gear, and two extra riding modes. The weight increase (33 lbs) is offset massively by the performance and feature gain.
How long does the 74V battery last?
Up to 50 miles in Eco/Sport modes, 30–35 miles in Race/Turbo. The swappable design means you can carry a second battery for all-day riding.
Is it street legal?
No — off-road and private land use only. California requires green sticker OHV registration under Section 436.1.
